Today I ate:
Coffee with heavy cream
2 slices bacon
2 scrambled eggs
6 chicken wings fried in bacon fat
2/3 cup chocolate almond milk
skor bar (I know, I know. It's 25 carbs and grain-free, at least)
2 large sausages with sauteed peppers, onions, spinach, and tomatoes
(Roughly 100 carbs and 2100-2300 calories. And, I'm really going to keep it honest when I log my food here!)

GW: 143 lbs.

Lose 1" off of each: chest, waist, hips, thighs by vacation in mid-May! Currently 36-1/2", 26-1/2", 35-1/2", 21-1/2". Strength training and walking here I come!!
