    Looking for plank progressions

    Shop Now
As the title suggests, I'm looking for good plank/side plank progressions (preferably free and available online). I downloaded the PBF ebook; does anyone have experience following that format? How well does it work? Is there something better out there?

    Danke schoen.

Primal/Paleo is not for everyone, it's for those who have committed to understand.

You could do all those variations, or, you could squat!

    +1

Also, there are good progressions in New Rules of Lifting for Abs, which is strongly influenced by Dr. Stuart McGill's work.
