Can't really add more than try adding some solouble fibre to your diet.
I used to have explosive take-offs in the mornings before I quit dairy, still do a bit of yoghurt, but no milk & cheese.
I've been primal for a little over two weeks now, except for on my birthday and Father's day. Lost 7-8 pounds, feeling good, all that. However, I'm having some troubles with loose stools/diarrhea. Frequently first thing in the morning I have a very loose stool. On two separate days now though I also had bad diarrhea mid-day... don't want to get graphic, but it was definitely bad news. (Plus I was working on a house with no functioning toilets and had to rush to Walgreens. I feel I owe them some apology letters.) The only foods I had in common on those two days are macademia nuts and avocados - all the other foods were different. I've had mac nuts and avocados in the past with no problems. I'm not even using coconut oil right now so I don't understand this!
Just wondering if anyone else had similar problems and some suggestions. Explosive diarrhea doesn't mix well with being a cooking instructor or a nanny so I'd like to not experience this :-P
Sorry for the yucky post... could really use some advice. Oh, and I did start taking probiotics and enzymes two days ago to try and help with this.

I experienced this in my first month or so. I wasn't eating enough veggies or drinking enough water. I think I just had to adjust to eating a completely different way...real foods as opposed to processed crap.
It is possible that avocado and mac nuts are upsetting your digestive system and possibly leaving out one or the other for a week may be beneficial, then re-adding it to see what happens. There's a lot of room for experimentation with this lifestyle.
In the GAPS diet, Dr. McBride says that for her patients she's noticed that high-fat dairy works well to help constipation, while low-fait/high protein dairy helps with diarrhea. So, if you eat dairy, you could try some high protein/low fat dairy to see if it helps.
This could also just be the result of your body fighting off some little buggies that didn't agree with it, not necessarily food poisoning, but something upsetting. Could be good to give your digestive system a little break to finish up housecleaning, and just drinking some bone broth for a day or two until you're back at 100%. Then you could try re-introducing the things you ate in the past day or two to see if it was something you ate that didn't agree with you.
Thanks for all the advice! I'll try some of these suggestions. Definitely going to go slow on the mac nuts!

you also should take into account 2 things. Could be youre too low in carbs , and also many people go full pin into this and eat a boat load of fat(nothing wrong with that) and its very normal to get the shits from that sometimes haha. i would try maybe reducing your fat just a tad and upping your carbs a bit! good luck!
