    I'm not familiar with exercise being fun... that's why they're called WORK outs. Enjoyable in an endorphin-releasing way, yes. Fun? Not so much.

    Not true, in my case anyway.

    Capoeira, parkour, wing chun - I'd consider these workouts, they release endorphins, and I do enjoy them. In any case, I have it sorted
