I made a youtube video of a recent smoothie I made:
Kale
2 Pears
1 cup rasberries
Green tea matcha
Hemp seeds
I'd add a little more ice and some agave, a banana or stevia to sweeten it.
This is my favourite smoothie below, yes I put some dairy in it, however it tastes just as good without it, can substitute avocado and coconut oil.
Ingredients: 1 Banana (or 1 cup blueberries)
2-3 cups raw spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1.5 TBSPs Roasted (or raw) natural almond butter
2 Heavy TBSPs of Natural Plain Greek Yogurt (optional)
Sweeten to taste with stevia/agace/honey
Nutrition: (w. Yogurt)
384 Cal
22 g Protein
19 g Fat
34 g Carbs (10 g Fiber)

LOL I know, I should move those or buy a cabinet, I have limited available shelving.
For the kale one, as I mentioned above, would suggest using some ice instead of water and a banana or even avocado to add some creaminess and honey/agave or stevia for additional sweetness.. Let me know how it turns out!

Thanks! If you like almond flavour then I strongly recommend the almond spinach shake. Spinach I find has a smoother taste than kale. Here is another recipe, this one has a lot of ingredients so may make it difficult for some but also tastes great (incorporates almond milk again)
