How to become fat-adapted and not lose weight?

Just read Mark's muddler post and the ketonin article. Reprogramming my body to not depend on carbs sounds amazing, but from what I read this seems not so suitable to hard-gainers. Today, I defintely feel a victim to hunger pangs caused by eating so many carbs but I have very little fat. Im at least 6'1'' and only 63kgs. I work out quite a bit and have a muscular build, but I would like to have more energy and be able to store fat more properly. So how do I fat-adapt myself without losing more weight?

Eat real, whole food....and a lot of it.

You may be lean and showing a lot of definition but at your height and weight you are not muscular (no offence)
Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.

    None taken,

I only eat real food. I usually have about 700 grams of food for lunch everyday.

Step 1: Buy 7 Gallons of Whole Milk

Step 3: Buy 7 Pounds of red meat
Step 4: Buy 7 Sticks of Butter

Step 5: Everyday eat 1 pound of meat, 1 gallon of milk, 1 dozen eggs, 1 stick of butter.

My friend you need to gain about 15kgs.... I'm only partly kidding about the above diet, you need to start eating like crazy. Just stay away from the processed foods, added sugar and other non-primal junk. AND FRAKING EAT!
