70 is the new 50--without the hot flashes!
Goals: Feel good, be stronger, and hopefully kick that arthritis in the backside! Oh, yeah, and losing more weight would be okay, too.
By the way, I've mentioned here before, but I've found Thera-bands a great way to exercise (resistance training), since walking very far and certainly sprinting are out of the question for me! If I want it to be tougher, I double the bands...works great, I can speed up for my "sprint" or just do continuous movement, right in my own house. They I roll 'em up and tuck them in a basket--no floor space required!
