I find, if anything, that tea REDUCES my bloating. One of the reasons for this is that all forms of tea are mild diuretics (that is, they make you have to urinate more often). This helps with water retention from excess dietary sodium and any other number of reasons it might occur.
Of course, if I drink fantastic amounts, I get slightly bloated until my body has processed it all, but it's hard to drink the level of tea quickly enough that that would require and the diuretic nature of tea makes that even harder.
