    Hey guys, what's going on? I'm new to the primal blueprint/marks daily apple scene, though I've been doing Paleo since last September.

    IBS is gone, chronic heartburn is gone, I've lost about 40 pounds and I feel healthier

    I've been looking recently at more 'primal' lifestyle (as opposed to diet), and came across a few things such as MovNat (which I LOVE the idea of) and MDA. Gotta say, the articles Mark posts are fantastic and I really enjoy reading them, and applying the knowledge gained.

    Anyway, I hope to be an active member here so I'd just like to say hello

    And there's Barefoot Ted's stuff. He does a lot of long distance running, which isn't exactly PB, but he has connections with MovNat (as do the Exuberant Animal people above) and is interesting on minimalist footwear and so on:

    Thanks Lewis, that Exuberant Animal stuff looks amazing too. I love movement and this stuff looks great.
