I just eat food.
The only supplements I take are Mg and D3, because I don't get enough of either from food.
Food is medicine.
If you have a balanced diet (which you should), supplementing is not required.

and 2-3 times per week i use whey protein. thats it
i take magnesium and d3. i eat bone broth most days.
i'd be a vegetarian if bacon grew on trees.
