    Supplements for training?

    Shop Now
I'm taking a Glutamine, WP, and Colostrum supplement during training and wanted to know what the Primal community was taking?? Brands, amounts, suggestions, etc.?

    Thanks!

I don't take any supplements. In fact, the idea seems quite un-primal to me. You can read more here if you're interested:

    I just eat food.

The only supplements I take are Mg and D3, because I don't get enough of either from food.

    Food is medicine.

If you have a balanced diet (which you should), supplementing is not required.

i take magnesium and d3. i eat bone broth most days.
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.

BCAAs for fasted training. And creatine. To my knowledge it's the only supplement actually shown to improve performance. I may not order more once I get through this tub though.
