    I have got a massive craving for Donuts. What do i eat to placate this

    and get it out of my mind?

    I eat a lot of fruit and honey so i get my sweet fix, but I can't get donuts out of my mind.

    When I crave a doughnut or cake, I eat macadamia nuts, almond butter, dark chocolate, or make little donuts out of sweet potato and cover them with melted dark chocolate

    Maybe try get into sushi instead?
    F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.

    I say eat the donut as long as you can have one or two and be done with it.

    I would take the whole box down, so I wouldn't want to eat the donut, lol!!!

    On the other hand, if you take out the entire box, it might remind you why this was a bad idea in the first place. For future reference. (Yes, I have used this tactic. Sometimes it works)
