    You should be nearing your genetic potential in 2 years.

    You might also want to pick up the SS DVD.
    +1 on this if (like me) you don't have a training partner. I found the videos incredibly helpful.

    Using only dumbells will really short change your ability to get stronger, but it's a start. You can still do, squat, dead lift, bench press, overhead press, sumo squats, renegade rows, dumbbell rows, just to name a few decent ones.

    StrongLifts has a iPhone app also, very handy for recording your progress.

    My only other recommendation is to study proper form of the basic lifts, especially dead lift. Cannot emphasize that enough. It will save your back!
