Uh that program is supposed to be 45 mins long 6x days a week... yeah pointless to me. But the Thai plank variants look cool, I would consider those to switch up with once you start getting bored with the plank.

and mark sissions Plank Progession. each week ill be performing one of these about 2-3x (i'm trying to gain weight and muscle) a week. i know my basic workout will build core strength because of good form but, is it okay to add these into my weekly routines?

best core workout I ever had was squating 375 and keeping as tight as possible
Hehehe a very underrated core workout! 375 nice! A full squat at 375 with good form qualifies for stud status. I think I already gave the OP the weight lifting spiel.

Short answer no. Maybe 3x a week on days you aren't lifting.
