Cold pressed oils will generally be expeller pressed, but not all expeller pressed oils will be cold pressed (the expeller is a mechanical method, but the friction can produce heat, so to have a cold, expeller pressed oil, temperature controls may be needed to keep it cool). You want cold pressed oil.
