Kelaguen Base

1 medium onion, chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
5 hot peppers (to YOUR heat liking level)
1 cup flaked coconut
juice from seven medium lemons
Salt and black pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasonings to your liking.

For Chicken
10 chicken thighs (boneless and skinless)
Cook chicken on the grill or broiled. Chop it up well. Add to Kelaguen base. Stir, let sit for 10 minutes to let the marinade soak to the chicken. Serve.

For Shrimp or Steak
Defrost, detail RAW shrimp, about 2-3 pounds or thinly slice 2-4lbs RAW flank steak
Stir the protein RAW into the Kelaguen base. Cover and let the base *cook* the protein, from 2-3 hours. Serve.
