Bottom line: WHO CARES?! If we're on this diet(lifestyle?) and we're avoiding the real offenders such as HFCS, Soy-anything, other grains and legumes, vegetable oils, and processed stuff in general, then who gives a $&!@ about a little charred meat. Furthermore, from what I've read, if you're not imbibing pounds upon pounds of sugar, what's the cancer gonna feed on? Just my 2 cents...
