    Primal Fuel

My wife and I are heading to a 4th of July cookout on Saturday night and we need to provide the dessert. Any good ideas for a primal dessert that will blow the guest away? Thanks!

Son of Grok posted a primal anniversary cake he made this past week.

He's also posted other dessert recipes in the past and his stuff is usually pretty easy to make.

Something with berries might work - they're in season and conveniently come in patriotic colors. Primal berry cobbler/pie? Full red-white-blue with a dessert involving blueberries, raspberries, and cream?

That looks amaaaaazing... I'm going to have to find/make some coconut butter so I can try it sometime.

    And from my blog

But you'd need a way to keep it chilled until ready to serve.

I'm making some ice cream. An avocado, a cup of heavy cream, vanilla extract, erythritol sweetener, some chopped walnuts and dark chocolate pieces.
