Like bubbles? A home seltzer maker can really improve the appeal. These massive amounts of cold water (or juice or soda or milk) drunk with meals just seem to facilitate overeating; I view it as just another part of SAD/CW happily left behind. Never really understood the rationale for overriding your natural thirst cues, anyway...& like Magnolia, I am much less thirsty off grains/sugar even with exercise. I often do 10-mile hill hikes fasted without touching my water bottle unless it's a hot day.
