Anyone noticed benefits of Tabata on mental stress?
I just wanted to ask the community if they've experienced a positve effect of Tabata on their mental stress.
There are a lot of studies about mood - stabilizing effects of cardio, but couldn't find any on Tabata.
For myself, Tabata betters my mood, but I sometimes think: it's just the happiness of surviving Tabata without puking.
any kind of sprint workout seems to be a mood enhancer for me. with tabata, i'm just so happy to not be exercising anymore, but any high intensity workout makes all stress and problems fade away. i'm sure it has some endorphin reason, or some scientific explanation, but at this point i just like that running really fast makes me feel better.
