Ooh, that sounds great!
Sadly, I just ate all of my blackberries. Time to get more!
Just made a lovely blackberry custard tonight.
2 cups blackberries (I used thawed from frozen)
2 eggs
1 cup cream (I used 18%)
Vanilla, cinnamon and sweetener of choice, to taste
Blend or purée together
Put in glass dish,
Microwave on medium or low for 3-5 min. You don't want it to boil, but get steamy hot. I stirred it once in the middle.
Let cool, eat warm or chilled in fridge.
Tastes like blackberry pie filling. So yummy!

That sounds good! Is it soft and creamy or does it get hard like the Son of Grok custard? His is 2 bananas, 3 eggs, can of coconut milk, and cinnamon baked for 30 mins at 350. It's good but ... firm.
