Try anti-lady monkey butt talc and blister block. Solved all my rubbing issues!
I always wear mine with the thinnest injinji socks. They give me blisters on my ankles and are too sweaty otherwise.

I wear Trek LS with Injinji crew socks as my daily wear shoes (I still run in them, also). I just don't like the clammy feeling I get from wearing them truly barefoot (though I do have a pair of KSOs that I wear sockless when water is involved).
