Simplest thing in the world,
Grab a handful of kale, throw it in the blender.
Pour in a moderate amount of cold green tea (or water), I use about two cups for a handful of kale, but you can do less to make it thicker. To make cold green tea just throw a couple of bags in a bottle of room temp water, shake it for 15 seconds, then let sit in your fridge for an hour or more.
Start blending, then add the pineapple. I usually add a tablespoon or too of heavy cream, but it taste great without it too. I'm sure any other fruit or green would taste great too.
