I just finished off a 21-hour fast (does that count as an ifast?) with a grilled steak and egg, mushrooms and onions sauteed in butter. Plus a few blackberries and pieces of dark chocolate. It felt good, but now I'm sleeepy. Does ifasting + gorging (about 900 calories worth, this time) make anyone else tired?

I've only skipped meals, not any real (what I think of) IF. I did do an accidental one and went nearly 24 hours and was starving after but I don't recall being tired...probably because I ate fairly late and hate going to bed on a full stomach. I'd say 21 hours counts as IF
I actually crave mushrooms and onions cooked in butter. I could eat that every single day.
