21 Day Transformation
I was looking for some advice regarding Mark Sisson's books.
I want to buy one of the books for my dad, but wasn't sure which one to go for. He is diabetic and pretty overweight, I think going primal could be one of the best things he could do for his health.
I was leaning towards the 21 day transformation since I think I could get him to give it a try for 21 days, but I've heard the original has exactly the same information in it and more. What are your thoughts?
