Meat is the best thing to eat for breakfast, that's why you do so well on it. Throw out the crazy idea that you have to eat "breakfast foods" for breakfast.
If you're going to eat cottage cheese - buy full fat. Low fat is crap. Knock off the sugar free crap too. That is not good for you.

). The only breakfast that makes me feel full until 2pm, when the baby is asleep and I have time to cook my lunch, is dinner leftovers (grilled chicken or pork / fish or homemade turkey burgers) with some raw vegetables.
