    More workouts= more sex

    Primal Fuel
This is certainly nothing new, but do you notice that the more you workout, the more sex you have? My body comp hasn't shifted much yet from working out again (I've been Paleo since 2010, been fit, then flabby, now working out to get the flab down). Does working out send off some sort of pheromones? I came home sweaty, messy ponytail, red-face, and my husband kept saying how cute I was and wanted to maul my ass. Maybe it's because I felt strong and confident?
P.S. with my husband for 9 years, getting hotter than ever.

Well speaking as a young male, I can personally say that although it may seem strange, seeing my SO in that condition would likely be a major turn on. It's sexy in it's own strange way I guess? But I tend to shower right after I do my workouts so I'm not seeing an increase (with a Saint Bernard and 2 Burmese Mountain Dogs I get really fuzzy and fluffy whilst sweating >_<) It could be sort of a primal reaction, seeing your S/O or even just a person of the sex you find attractive be all heated and out of breath or looking like they went through hell in a handbasket is fun for some. I know my favorite idea for foreplay(Which will never happen) would be a good little sparring match that happens to go south a little

I love sparring matches!! Aggression runs strong in me, and my husband loves that, so i guess the "tough chic who's just worked-out" thing may be a turn-on
P.S. It's an extra workout, when it's "ride a cowboy" style!

The more I work out, the more my libido skyrockets.

I attribute a lot of it to squats - all that neuroendocrine activity, testosterone and HGH release, and inadvertently working the PC muscle. That plus a diet rich in good starches and fats = .

Coming home smelling of workout sweat -

Being active about health and fitness is very attractive.

Hooray for the weekly sex topic.

I'm gonna bet you are coming home ready to roll and he senses that... and doesn't really care about your post workout appearance.

Uhm, no. Fitting my training in my schedule is not making it any easier, and I get so wiped out, I am asleep before hubby manages to hoard our high energy off-spring to bed. In the morning, again, schedule(!) I am up about 2-3 hours before anyone else. It could be that having a young child and working full time, and commuting need to be substructed in the proposed equation.

    So, something like this:

    delta T (Sex) = delta T(Workout) - A x N - FxS - T(commute)

    where

A - age of the child under 16
    N - number of children
F-number of full-time jobs held in the family
S- an empiric stress variable from the job ranging from 'I am a happy butterfly' to 'I am about to shut down I can't handle it any more'

I hate math, but this makes so much sense it hurts.
If I just said LOL, I lied. Do or do not. There is no try.
