I am 135lbs 5'8 wanting to gain weight and muscle
I used the IF Calculator to see how much calories i need. i was wondering if these calculations are good for what i am trying to do
Rest Days:2444 calories
Work Days:2666 calories
I do not plan on fasting and also i plan on eating 4-6 meals a day

Instead of breaking your intake down to this level of detail, just eat a bunch of meat, fruit, and vegetables? If you're trying to gain weight starchy veggies and rice will help. Don't overcomplicate...in order to gain you will need to eat more calories than you burn.
