    What kind of supplements do you take?

    Primal Fuel
    Just wondering if I'm missing out on something important.

    I take:
    Omega 3, Zinc, Vitamin D and probiotics.
    Everything is bad for something - How do you feel today?

    Waow that's a lot, how much D does it add to? Here in France D is available normally on Rx AND no more than 400IU a day... I personnally regularly take around 1,000IU but feel guilty...
