When I was pg, I found that Egyptian Licorice tea (my husband called it my "hippie tea") really helped any time I started to feel queasy. I also ate ginger chews by the Ginger People - they are rolled in a bit of sugar, though

19 and 16 years ago when I was pregnant, I used to sip cold apricot nectar. Gross, I know, but I think it is both Primal and Paleo and IT WORKED EVERYTIME.
Any other suggestions? Sounds like ginger and juice and cottage cheese.
Trying not to puke ovah here. Would appreciate suggestions. :X <-- my trying not to puke face
Not primal, but, uh... sprite? When I was pregnant with Grace, sprite & ginger snaps always cured me. I still get a diet cranberry limeade from sonic when my stomach is super rotten. It's rare, but it helps.

This is a weird one, but I remembered reading it somewhere, tried it, and it worked for me: a shot of apple cider vinegar. It isn't the most pleasant going down, but during the worst of my morning sickness, it settled my stomach immediately. Like I said, weird. Now if only I could have found a cure for the fatigue.
A non-primal version that I have also relied on is salt-and-vinegar chips. Just get some good quality ones, and eat only as many as you need.
