I'm suffering from nausea lately, and I'm always very anxious that I might throw up because I hate throwing up. Luckily I have never threw up once during my nausea periods the past days. I have been nauseated all day after breakfast + chocolate binge this morning. (I don't assume the nausea is caused by the chocolate because I also get nauseous sometimes when not eating chocolate.) the nausea is still here but it's clamed down a little. But anyway, that binge was 6 hours ago. I also had 1 apple 3 hours ago. Am I still at risk for throwing up or has the food probably already left my stomach?

For now I will not eat very much at once anymore to see if it helps
