I take 5000 IU Vit D in liquid form. The bottle just lists sunflower oil and flavoring as the ingredients. I've been taking 2 droppers each AM with a tsp of fish oil before leaving for work - where I eat breakfast a few hours later. The other day a friend mentioned that taking Vit D fasted (as I guess I am) won't work since it is fat soluble. Any idea if the sunflower oil carrier and tsp of fish oil are enough fat or should I change up this routine?
