Udo's Oil 3-6-9. Primal or not?

I'm in my first week of living primally and loving it! Is Udo's 3-6-9 oil considered primal. I use it on my salad and in my protein shakes, etc. if it's not primal, what are some alternatives?

I'm reluctant to add ω-6 since the ω-6's are usually too high in our diets relative to ω-3. Why not look for natural food sources of EFAs? If you want to supplement and don't like eating the occasional can of sardines, perhaps consider cod liver oil or a good fish oil. But you should be able to get all the EFAs you need without adding supplements.

Why not use food-based sources? Just curious.

I guess I could. Like I say, this is all new to me so I'm still trying to find out what I have on hand that is approved. Any suggestions? Thanks
