    How to coat a burger with crumbled bacon?

    Primal Fuel
    I want to make my burgers crispy, so I thought I'd coat them with very crispy crumbled bacon? Is that a good idea (I'm very bad at recipes) and how do I make the bacon stick to the burger?

    You could bathe the burger in an egg wash and then coat with crumbled bacon.

    I'd personally take strips of bacon and wrap it around the burger, holding them in place with toothpicks. Don't forget to remove them before serving! Hehe.

    You mean the toothpicks, not the bacon strips, right? Otherwise I'd be worried about you!

    oooooh, I'm making burgers tomorrow, with mozzerala cheese in the middle, I think they are gonna be bacon wrapped burgers now

    We just grind up the raw bacon and mix it with the ground beef, then cook.

    pretty much this. it's most definitely the best way to have burgers and bacon at the same time.

    I use a hot cast iron skillet and lots of beef tallow to make sure my burgers have a nice crust. Lots of salt seems to help too.
