I'm new to the forum and wanted to introduce myself. I've been adhering to the primal lifestyle for just over a month now, and I've never felt better! Though I've eliminated grains, legumes and almost all dairy from my diet, I feel like I've gained so much freedom and flexibility in meal planning! I'm looking forward to enjoying better health, increased energy levels and more fun for years to come!
I read and loved The Primal Blueprint, and I'm very glad to have this site as an additional resource. I am pleased to be among others who understand this wonderful way of life. I'm sure I'll find y'all to be a wealth of knowledge on all things Primal!
