    I agree however the 'carbs-are-bad-because-i-can't-tolerate-them' posts are typically what leads to these opposite extremes. Opposite extremes are bad, m'kay?

    Not neccesarily - but in this case i agree with you. Its important to remember that carbs aren't inherently bad, granted.
