Sugar - A true poison
Hello Mark! Just joined your site and would love to talk about sugar (in particular fructose). I'm looking for a copy of the book "Pure, White and Deadly". Any information on obtaining it? I know it's out of print at the moment.
Hi. You can buy that book on Amazon, albeit for a great deal of money! You can also get other books about sugar that are just as informative but for much less cash. Try other books by John Yudkin ("Sweet and Dangerous") or "Sugar Blues" by William Duffy, "Suicide by Sugar" by Nancy Appleton and "Sugar Shock" by Connie Bennett.
I also came by primal by route of sugar addiction. I don't care what anyone says, when i eat sugar I behave EXACTLY like a cocaine addict so as far as I'm concerned, sugar is a drug to be avoided at all costs. And it's not easy!
Good luck...stay in touch.
its a fact that sugar is true poison!!
i 'm trying to use all the daily thing sugarfree!!
like toothpest, tea/cofee, regular food, cold drinks, etc!

sugar is poison if we use it in excess. Sugar is the main cause for diabetes. Friends don`t use sugar or sugary products too much. It will ruin your life. Follow your regular diet and stay healthy . My friend is diagnose diabetes last week ,
Yes, sugar is a poison when we have to add more..its create a lot of disease in to our body.we have lot of control to add a sugar.live a life in a healthy manner..
Sugar in all forms -- from the refined stuff in the bowl on your table to honey and high fructose corn syrup -- is a key contributor to many of our diet-related diseases and conditions, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure and cancer
Why is it not available on kindle? I can understand physical books out of print getting pricey, but if it is popular, why not make it available in digital form? I would love to read this book.
My mother was diagnosticed diabetes few years ago. From then i watch out on the food I eat and try to eat as less sugar as possible.
