Really itself a slow poison. Sugar is the main cause for diabetes.Its so affect heath in my later ages.So please need a control to use sugars in our eating..

At some times sugar is not poison because some peoples involved serious disease of sugar,some times sugar is best for those person whose level of sugar is decreased...you must eat sugar.

and the dose will vary over time; in the womb, young, old, sick, etc
