I recently (2-3 months ago) switched to a Primal diet and also started taking supplements from this site. I'm thinking about taking a blood test soon (my last test was a complete blood count one last year and it fell within the healthy range albeit on the lower end).
What kind of things would you guys suggest testing to make sure my diet is ok?
Do you have any health problems?
If not, I would just do vitamin D3 and maybe a CRP. I wouldn't worry about the blood count stuff being on the low end of normal. More is not necessarily better when it comes to the immune system.
