I've made ice cream from frozen banana, and coconut milk, coconut butter, vanilla bean.... Vegan, and fabulous. *shrug*
I was making that for years as a lactose intolerant person.
Now I consume raw milk...
But if I want a cold creamy ice cream treat this summer... the frozen bananas and stuff is going in the food processor for a vegetarian or even vegan friendly version just like I'v been doing forever.
It's fast and easy.
It's ALSO very tasty IMO...

I for instance am essentially a shut in.
I only leave the house when my husband is home and willing to drive me.
Sometimes people with lots of free use a bit of it to feed trolls for purposes of entertainment.
It's better than watching TV.

Well, poking things is pretty Primal. And giving away foodstuffs to non-tribe members isn't very Primal at all... so 'no feeding'.
