Questions for those who eat white rice and like rice pudding.

    Primal Fuel
Would you consider Kozy shack Rice Pudding an ok after dinner treat on occasion?

    these are the ingredients:

Ingredients: low fat milk, rice, sugar, eggs, salt, natural flavors

and it is gluten free. I'm just trying to find some already made store bought treats I can share with my kids.

and the white sticky rice you would get from any chinese restaurant is an ok rice to eat correct? Unless they specifically cook it in anything other than water?

It's clean, so it's ok. As long as you don't go overboard. And you can also cook rice in coconut milk

I wasnt much of a rice eater before, but on ocassion, and I have not had any in months and months and months. I did buy some jasmine, not sure if that is okay, and I have white. I have brown but I know that is not preferred. I use to love rice w/milk & raisins, sugar & cinnamon although I didnt have it very often.

That is sounding really good. I have been hungrier today for some reason. I want to eat everything. I havent.... but I want to. Now I am thinking the rice sounds really good.

I make my own using a generous amount of cream and butter with that milk and a fraction of the sugar called for in the recipe.

Its really easy to make from leftover rice.
