Looks like i posted a reply on the wrong thread.

Just signed up to the Sprint in the UK in September. Would be good to keep updates going and how training is going.

Cannot Wait. My goal is to work up to the Beast and Tough Mudder

Good luck to those of you doing it in the near future! You'll have a blast.

Hey, if we do get signed up, we might see you there.

Just putting a training program together:

I will be doing a 50 min Kettlebell class followed by a 5k run once or twice a week.

    I was also thinking:

    25 KB Swings
    400m run
20 1 arm snatch (both arms)
    400m run
    25 press ups
    400m run
    25 burpees
    400m run
20 1 arm rack, squat and press (both arms)
    400 m run

Rest for 2-3 mins between sets

2-3 sets seeing how I get on.

I am doing my first set tonight so let you know I get on

you should hurry up, we had to signup for the competitive heat because the only other open one was at 5pm.
