    I like the meat roll idea. I can think of lots of cool variations for quick snacks at home too. Dill pickles, celery sticks, guacamole for the dip... Yup. I like it.

    Definitely handy at times when traveling is a must.
    back from lunch and I am eating light today as tomorrow will be my IF day. dinner to dinner.
    I have a headache today for some reason but I held off taking any meds - I don't know why I have a head ache, BUT I did have some chocolate lastnight. it was soooooo good. I savored every morsel. 85% Cocoa. I like the bitterness, but I also like Merlot.
    Unfortunately I cannot have Merlot, or any red wines anymore, so i am hoping chocolate is not the cause of my head ache. I'm thinking sugar hangover. lol.
    Lunch was a Greek Salad with a house italian dressing, YUMMY!
    Hubs laughs at me because I love my veggies. Tonight I am going to grill some chicken thighs and Zukes and squash with asparagus.
    I did a Kettlebell session yeaterday and my inner legs are a little tight. I am a big believer in the moving slow thing now. I will go for a hike this afternoon, maybe play some frisbee with the hubs, it has been a beautiful day

    Yesterday = 3.8 miles some sprints at 30 seconds per and stopped and did some push ups, I am feeling those this morning, but it's a good feeling.
    Today I am IF'ing. i will try to make it to dinner tonight but for some reason it's been ending about 3pm with the hunger coming on really strong, and i get irritable.
    Dinner was Chicken thigh/zuke/sqaush kabobs I weaved the chicken on there and basted with some marinade while cooking on the grill - i have this thing by kitchen aide that keeps the kabobs off the grill and cooks them like a rotisserie Every one said the chicken was great and I had to make it again like that lol.
    I am debating on wether or not to try the bacon wrapped chicken livers.....that are the Primal Blueprint cookbook I got yesterday The time seems to be running fast this morning so I guess I better get motivated to got sit in front of a computer all day. I sometimes wish I had a physical job, I will soon, but for now I have to go make the $.
    Oh BTW I have a pork picnic shoulder in the crock pot it should be ready in time for dinner.

    You're brave to try the livers. I can't bring myself to do any organ meats, esp liver. The bacon should help though. A bacon wrapped turd is practically appetizing.

    Great job on the sprints. I'm going to try sprint jump roping today after my walk. If I can find the right bra that is. Oy. The girls HATE to jump rope.

    I think you are right about anything being wrapped in bacon is good..... I'm gonna have to warm up to that idea first lol.
    I have a size smaller sports bra it helps with the bruised chin aspect of running and jumping

    If'd today till dinner - had a pork shoulder picnic made in the crock pot all day with some BBQ sauce...i did not bother to make my own, and I had cole slaw and the rest of the roasted veggies from lastnight.
    For dessert I had Yogurt w/strawberries, blueberries, black berries and almonds with a drizzle of honey.
    Today is a rest day hence the fasting. I feel good. My pants are fittin better, my arms and abs are satrting to feel better not look better, but feel better. Today I am tired. Hubby wants attention, lol, I want sleep. hey we are married I heard it was expected. j/k. Sometimes I just get really tired and want to sleep, but he's male I forgive him .
    Tomorrow is Friday Thank goodness. I am not sure if I am going to the track on Saturday - The race is in Maryland and the second race isn't until 7pm, which I think is BS. He says there is nobody else going with him. ugh. I haven't decided yet. Might be good for walking...we'll see.

    Yesterday i spent the day with hubs at the race track I did get some walking in. And I got an ample amount if sunshine. The car he is driving is fairly new and he did really well we didn't set any records but he is tuning in with the car.

    Food yesterday was okay

    boiled egg, pork rinds, pastrami and chicken and cheese rolls, more pork rinds, and a bun-less jalepano dog, grapes, and a few cheese cubes all during the course of the day - more like a snacky day.

    I am tired today we didn't get back until 12am and sleep was cut short by the fur-kids wanting to go outside this morning.

    We are driving to my dad's today which is 1.5 hours away to have lunch and spend time with him because he lives so far away.

    Well checked my ketones I'm mid range in ketosis. I didn't really think i would be there because I drank beer yesterday but my carbs have been pretty low - i'm not counting them but I just knew i was very tired lastnight The last couple of days have been very busy and sleep wasn't as good as it should have been Saturday night.
    The skies are funky today I'm not sure if it looks like rain or just over cast. You see, I don't watch TV. The internet is as close to info as I get sometimes. If the hubs didn't watch it, i would cut the satellite off. people come into work and start talking about the bad stuff that's going on and I just don't know anything about it. I don't want to. It's seems like no news is good news these days.
    Some people say it's bad not to keep up with current events, but why would you want to keep up with all the BAD stuff going on? I have a hard enough time keeping my own mental status out of the dumps I don't need current events to do it for me. lol.

    I put my shoes on at the track this weekend, and yes they did feel like casts. So for my birthday, i am going to invest in some Vibrams. hehe.

    Father's day was good I went to my Dad's house and we ate hamburgers (no bun for me) and every one asked about why i was eating no grains I just told them it was better for me because your body really doesn't digest the "whole" part of the wheat or grain that is touted as Great for you. Your body digests the "other crap" that makes up the pasta or bread and makes it stick together. that was the best way I could explain it to them to make sense. So I made soem homemade green beans and I mean home made i snapped them and washed them right before we ate. I cooked them with mushrooms and spring onions butter and salt and pepper. they were a big hit. it was a beautiful day and I even think hubs enjoyed himself away from his "conventional family ways"

    Work on a paper for school
    a bike ride/sprints
    make yogurt freeze pops (I saw the recipe somewhere)
    Make Mayo
    Get some eggs from next door

    TV? What's that?

    I love the look on the salesmen's faces when they try to sell me cable and I tell them I don't like TV. They have absolutely no programmed response for that one. And I can get the newscasts online anyway.

    I'm not interested in the latest serial killer or murderer. Really, that's not important news, in the sense that I have no need to know it whatsoever. What government is up to is less gripping, but much more likely to affect me directly. And I have a desktop weather app for weather, DVDs for movies and TV shows... Who needs cable? We can get major sporting events online too, or hubby treks the few blocks to his father's house, which makes the old man happy at the same time. We are all perfectly content like that.

    A lot of people don't know how to respond to the fact that there are some out there like us that really don't care for the latest tv shows. I am not so easily entertained. Kind of like watching a monkey do tricks while someone pick pockets you. lol

    Yesterday i felt really crappy.
    just not like I have felt in the past couple of weeks or so - The skies have been blah, but I don't think thats the reason why i think I may need some more sleep, IDK.

    Food yesterday -
    b- coffee/ primal hot cereal
    L - shepherds pie made with cauliflower topping.
    snack - nibbled on some peaches i had cut up for Yogurt popsicles.
    D - shepherds pie again w/ cheese
    dessert - yogurt popsicle. yumm

    I was going for a walk - so I walked next door with is a pretty good ways from us - and got some fresh eggs from the BIL and the kids. Decided we would help keep his doggy while they are gone to the beach. Hubs said we couldn't bring the doggy over here but I think it will be okay, this little puppy guy is so sweet.

    FINALLY! Some good sleep last night.
    I was exhausted - I decided I would go for a hike yesterday came home fixed dinner and took a shower and went to bed.
    Dead tired I tell ya!
    i am back up to 189 I think maybe it has to do with the beer and maybe the meat rolls from this weekend. I am not going to over analyze this tho.
    Yesterday =
    B- coffee/cottage cheese + blueberries
    L-shepherd’s pie + Broccoli/boiled egg
    D – 3 eggs w/mushrooms, peppers, onions

    Hiked 3.8 miles/slow jogs thrown in there/pushups

    Today will be a day of slow moving rest for me with a walk around Sears possibly to buy a refrigerator Hubs says the one we have isn’t cooling like it should and is fed up with it. It’s still working but not holding the cool temp in the refridge part.
    24 days till we go on our cruise and I need to get moving with starting to get things together I have out list but this time I have to get 4 people straight instead of 2 b/c the kids are going with us.
    DSD 18 has never been on a cruise or an extended “not with family” trip so this will be an experience for her.
    DS 17 thinks he knows everything so we will see how he does and I will stand there with what he needs.
    All in all I think it will be fun. 
    We are going to the Bahamas in my fat glory. It makes me sad in a way.
    I think of all the time I wasted being stupid and eating grains and sugar, and feeling like crap when all I had to do was STOP. I do feel better and I notice my tops are fitting nicer, but want my pants to fit nice I have J-Lo issues. lol
