    First time I ever posted pics on the internet, haha. I posted a good amount, too. Hope that helps! It's just the lower part of my stomach that sticks out. But, I did just eat 2 raw garlic cloves and 12 brussels sprouts, so don't judge too bad! And don't mind Harrison Ford in the background, my brother was watching a movie, haha.

    I don't consume any caffeine, not even from tea or chocolate. As for porn, I rarely ever watched it. I had a surging libido from ages 7-18, then it slowed down..They did try putting me on Paxil for a week or 2 when I went through some emotional difficulties..After taking Paxil, my libido went dead and has never been the same. It was pretty depressing having a Dr recommend me Viagra at the age of 18...As the only cure for my libido.

    Why do you ask those questions?

    You're right, simply put. I am adding carbs back in on days I lift, and only those days. I'll add fruit back in a couple times a week, and the same for nuts. I still eat a lot of meat, eggs and veggies. I'm also including more offal in my diet. Having beef heart atm and loving it!

    Here are mine illustrating what I was talking about (in my opinion, not-balanced body fat around the love handles and lower abs):

    Overral front view
    The 'love handle' pinched
    Pinching the lower abs

    You can see how ridiculously different are these areas compared to the rest of the body (especially the arms, calves, upper abs).

    You're definitely more built than I am, haha. But, I do see what you're talking about. You have absolutely no fat anywhere else but very little in those areas. I've read that having fat in those areas correlates with the adrenals and your cortisol levels, but I'm not 100% sure. How is your body functioning? Libido good? Good energy? Allergies? Indigestion? Those are usually symptoms of adrenal issues..

    You don't seem to bloat much though, so that's a plus. My lower stomach distends a bit after eating. Foods that do it worst are broccoli and cauliflower, so it could be sulfur.

    Nope, none of these symptoms, actually I'm in the best shape in my life, and it feels pretty good too.

    Regarding cortisol - the only thing that I know about it is that it is affected by the stress levels in one's life. Maybe I'm a bit stressed (entirely subjective), so I'll research further about the cortisol and body fat deposits.

    Np. The supplements I am taking atm are: OptiZinc, Lysine, Magnesium Citrate powder, Eggshell powder (calcium), Fish Oil, Betaine HCL for digestion, Digestive enzymes..I may be adding L-glutamine soon, too, to heal my gut.

    As for my diet, it's lots of meat, eggs, veggies and some fruits, potatoes (sweet and Japanaese) and very few nuts and seeds.

    It may be the magnesium in the sunflower seeds, too, because I read about certain nutrients that are needed for good circulation, which is needed for testosterone and normal libido, and magnesium was one of them. I increased my magnesium dosage a bit, so I'll let you know what happens in a couple days. I added in raw garlic to help with this, too, and may soon add my own kefir. I'll keep you posted.

    One thing I've noticed too, is that stress is quite subjective and sometimes you don't if you are stressed or not. But, keep me posted on what you come up with.
