    Fantastic. Keep up the good work! And isn't it a good feeling? Not just physically, but knowing that you're doing something that works. Sometimes I get angry at all the time I wasted listening to the conventional wisdom, which was the very thing that was making me fat. I get ticked off that I did what I was supposed to do and got blamed when it didn't work. But then I try on a pair of pants that used to be tight on me, and it falls right off my ass, and I just have to laugh.

    John that's an inspiring story - and it will be just the start for you. You're right on track for that 200lbs - or maybe even less!

    My own BMI has gone from 45.5 at mu highest weight to 35.1 currently. Nice to see a marker going down.

    I'm a 5'-6" tall female.

    SW: 212.4 lbs. February 14, 2013 (My second baby was born)
    CW:158.8 lbs.
    GW: 143 lbs.

    Just keep going.

    New goal!

    Lose 1" off of each: chest, waist, hips, thighs by vacation in mid-May! Currently 36-1/2", 26-1/2", 35-1/2", 21-1/2". Strength training and walking here I come!!
