I just read a claim that this test is well accepted and clearly shows how blood flow becomes sluggish after eating a meal high in saturated fats. Are there any studies out there showing this to be untrue? Assuming it is true, why would I want to eat any saturated fat, especially with high serum cholesterol? Thanks.
Never mind - I just found Chris Masterjohn's article addressing this issue.
