    Thank you very much

66lb/30kg is how much I've lost.

I use to wear anything from a UK20-UK24
Now I'm in UK16 most of the time, sometimes UK14
So any where from 2-4 whole sizes is what I have lost

Well the best part was getting out of pre-diabetes territory and fixing my cholesterol ratios. Im not worried about total cholesterol numbers (although mine did go down) but my ratios were terrible - my bad cholesterol was up and my good cholesterol was down.
I also have PCOS and there are a lot of unpleasant effects of that which I am still dealing with but I am hopeful that when I reach around 20% bf, which is what Im currently working towards, those issues will be resolved.

So many small things too which I just take for granted now I think. Like being able to go into any store and actually know there will be clothes in there I can fit (some stores I wouldnt even bother looking at anything if I went in with a friend because I knew there would be nothing). Just being able to spontaneously run if I want to. Getting to finally see some of the muscles I've been working so hard for as I lose more fat. Finding a passion in lifting weight that I never expected to find. Learning to enjoy healthy cooking. Educating others. This journey has affected my whole life outlook & where I want to go with my career & what I want to do for the world so it really is the single most important thing that has happened to me/that I have done.

    Hhahaha! Thank you.

I know people see my current photos at 98kg and think I look good, & I do too, don't get me wrong, I'm pretty stoked with where I'm at & I don't think most people would realise I am 98kg, but there is still a lot of work to do and I don't think a few photos captures that. But that's ok because a few photos also couldn't capture the full extent of my problems & situation in my before photos too.

My butt has changed so much! Even when I was obese I thought I had a big butt, & I did, but my thighs were also super massive. And I have realised that there's a big difference between having a butt that is made of fat & having one that is muscle. Trust me, the muscle butt is the best butt. My cellulite gets less & less all the time and my butt just feels totally different. Like when I roll around in bed in the morning and feel my butt (I always feel my stomach and sides & butt in bed hahahha it's a good way to notice progress) it's a totally different shape even, because muscle grows in a certain way that fat doesn't, and it's just a much better feel like a soft waterballoon with even pressure, while a fat butt is very soft and lumpy sort of.

Deadlifts & squats have seriously done my butt a world of good.

Because of this knee injury I only did deadlifts last night for the first time in about 3 weeks. I haven't squatted in the same amount of time & think I'll refrain from squats for another week.

Awesome job on the deadlift PR! That is some serious weight. And it shows in your results/progress pics.
