Still plodding along! I have tracked everything (EVERYTHING) I have eaten for 2.5 weeks now, definitely the longest I have ever done that. Getting back into the swing of it all.

Dropped a few more lbs. Gained more muscle. Dont really weigh myself these days

Oh my, your story is inpirational! I've been reading this since I saw your post on the before/after thread and it's amazing. How much weight have you lost? How many sizes? What improvements have you seen? I applaud your efforts and your bravery for sharing this journey with us - it is so incredibly helpful and motivating.
