Hey all,
I am going into my 3rd week of strict no dairy primal. I was so worried about the dairy part especially when it came to the morning cuppa.(yes, coffee is the only thing I didn't give up!!) I am using the Thai Kitchen coconut milk but it was a pain to deal with---separated and chunky. Then, *bing* I had an idea. I scraped the sides of the can and used my hand blender (which fits in the can perfectly) and whipped the coconut milk into a wonderful pourable "cream" I also added a teaspon of vanilla extract and YUM!! It is so good and very easy to pour. (I poured it all into a glass jar and store in the fridge)

Nice idea with the hand blender, I'm going to try that on my next can of coconut milk (just finished one today.)

Coconut milk with vanilla is one of my favorite ways to enjoy coffee.
I buy Native Forest brand. Seems to mix well with just a little shaking.

I still can't find that native forest kind, darn it. Apparently it is the best because the can is BPA-free.

Outside of buying online, I'm not sure. My local grocery (Wegmans) sells it, but it's a Northeast chain.
