I have dairy daily. I have whole milk or cream in coffee, butter, cheese, etc. Not a major part of my diet, but I do use them. I have had no issues as of yet.

I fucking love cheese but eating it seems to not only bloat me up but makes me feel rather sluggish for several days aftee i consume the smallest amount. I've been reduced to only eating my favorite blueberry jalapeno swiss cheese once every fewmonths. Fucking sucks.
I love cheese too.
I am new to PB (this past week) and I am still reading the books. And by what I have read in this thread soft cheeses are ok too, which really makes me happy. But I notice there are several comments about not drinking straight milk. Is there something wrong with that? I generally drink a glass of milk each morning to take my vitamins and perscription pills. Please let me know.
Have a great and safe weekend!![]()
I eat cheese every day - mostly chevre (soft goat cheese) in salads or on celery sticks, but I'll also put a slice of pepper jack or cheddar on my burgers, or shred some into scrambled eggs. I'm still dropping weight like crazy, so I'll keep eating the cheese (and other dairy) until my results tell me that I need to cut something.
I also eat Greek yogurt, sour cream (in limited amounts - I make my own ranch dressing and it is AWESOME), butter, and - very rarely - a small glass of whole milk.
I've found that medium to full-fat cheese is one of the most effective foods for promoting fat loss and muscle gain.
I eat about 150 g goats/sheeps cheese every day.

Cheese is a valuable source of Vit K2. I have at least 100g per day for the K2. Red wine and cheese are my favourite way to end dinner and a key part of my programme to regain vascular health
