Dear god, paleobird, are you daring to suggest we could be sensible? How reasonable of you!
Gotta love the Carb Wars.

Either that or have the photo of yourself standing next to one of your Ron rosedale posters so we assure it's the real js290.

Heh. I was living proof that you can definitely still get fatter eating gluten free.

I would say probably as full but not for as long, a big ass salad will keep me full for a couple of hours, a full steak will keep me full for lots of hours. The hardest thing has been finding the right combinations that will keep me full for a long time and not have me chomping at the bit 3 hours later. AND that has nothing to do with calories......my morning smoothie, coconut fat, coconut milk, kefir, protein powder and fresh berries at 8 will keep me full until 11 (most days) now if I eat a tin of salmon with mayonnaise for breakfast I will be full until about 1.
Milkshake = 1000 calories (approx)
Salmon = 500 calories (approx)
Weird eh? So I make the best choices from both perspectives, how long will I stay full so I don't over eat and how many calories will that be?
(I only did the calorie thing for 2 weeks after I realised I wasn't magically loosing weight, and I turns out I was eating about 2500 a day) now I guess if I reduced the calories I would loose weight, but I'm not that bothered.
I guess this means I agree with PB![]()
